An all-stock deal will be made between the Canadian cannabis companies to create the largest cannabis producer in the world. Aphria shareholders will own 62% shares in the combined company. The company will pay a 23% premium to Tilray’s Tuesday closing prices. Tilray shares rose 30%,, while Aphria shares increased more than 8% in premarket.
